"The Training has spoken to me like no other training I’ve done."

I knew from the moment I came across the Institute’s website that I had to do the Mind Body Eating Coach Certification Training. In every single way, the Training has spoken to me on a level like no other training I have done. Marc teaches and guides from his heart and soul, and the passion he has for this work is translated to us - his students - through this beautifully constructed program.

I knew that the Training would help me in some way on a personal level however, it has gone far beyond my expectations. I have learned to listen to my own body and to honor my own soul's journey without constantly questioning or doubting what lies ahead. I have learned the gift of acceptance and self-love. I have also learned that these are continuous practices that require your time and energy, but that you are using that time and energy in such an incredible way.

I cannot wait to one day help others along their own journeys, merging my love and passion for yoga teaching, health coaching, and soulful experiences of food and nourishment and life!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Marc David for his beautiful Training, which is delivered with such light and pure energy, and leaves you wishing for more and more. I would also like to say thank you for the support and guidance on the live online classes as well as the undeniable support at any time in the private support group.
