After earning my M.A. at Sonoma State University and training at the Harvard Mind Body Medical Institute, I originated and developed the fields of Mind Body Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology with the vision of creating an eating psychology for everyone.
In my career, I have held senior consulting positions at Canyon Ranch Resorts, the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, the Johnson & Johnson Corporation, and the Disney Company. I have also worked in product development in the natural foods and supplements industry, and served on the editorial board of the journal Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine.

For the first time in almost ten years, I haven’t felt broken.
My life has truly changed. I am a 22 year old female with Type 1 Diabetes. I have struggled with body image and blood sugar perfection since I was diagnosed at 13 years old.
