When we think back to some of our favorite stories we remember from childhood, we realize that part of the reason we loved them was because we always knew how they would end: “and they lived happily ever after…” This provided us a sense of certainty that we could overcome any obstacle or villain. While we’re not dueling with dragons in our modern world, we’re still on a quest for our own happy ending when it comes to food, health and nutrition. Well today, I’d like to share with you a way that can almost guarantee your own dietary “happily ever after.”
