What’s Your Nutritional Dream?

I remember being a young boy and feeling profoundly moved by Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech. It spoke from a place of possibility and purpose, and I learned that saying what was real for me and what was possible had great power to evoke great change.

I believe this goes for any dream we have in life: relationships, career, passion and even our health. There’s magic in our dreams. From a young age, when I began to learn more about the science of eating and the impact of food on the body, it became hard not to notice how what we eat influences our world in so many ways.

So I started to dream about nutritional possibilities, and I want to invite you to do the same…
