We believe that our Professional Certification Training in The Psychology of Eating and Mind Body Nutrition is an educational experience like no other….
Before we fill you in on the content and outline of our curriculum, here are some key details that will help you understand the overall look and feel of the Training:
- The Training consists of 7 weekends that run between October and the following April. Session times are Fridays 9am-7:30pm Saturdays 9am-7:30pm and Sunday 9am-4:30pm with meal breaks

Our 7 weekends take place in Boulder, Colorado – 35 minutes from the Denver International Airport
- In between each weekend session we will meet once and sometimes twice via teleclass – a teleconference call. These sessions will focus on follow-up from our previous weekend, and preparation for the one upcoming. The teleclass sessions are 75 minutes
- Each weekend is a balanced mixture of theory/didactic material – the part where you’ll be learning facts and taking notes - along with small group work, one-on-one work, experiential exercises, case studies and live demos, group sharings
- Each weekend will feature:

2) special topics in Dynamic Eating Psychology
3) special topics in Mind Body Nutrition
