What’s Your Nutritional Dream? – with Marc David

I remember being a young boy and feeling profoundly moved by Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech. It spoke from a place of possibility and purpose, and I learned that saying what was real for me and what was possible had great power to evoke great change. I believe this goes for any dream we have in life: relationships, career, passion and even our health. There’s magic in our dreams. From a young age, when I began to learn more about the science of eating and the impact of food on the body, it became hard not to notice how what we eat influences our world in so many ways. So I started to dream about nutritional possibilities, and I want to invite you to do the same…

    Hi Marc,
I completely agree! In today’s culture we are trained to believe that “we will be happy if….” or “we will be happy with our bodies when…” It all comes down to staying present and shifting our perspective. As I work with my clients, the first thing we address is self-love. This is where true nourishment comes from. From that space, we are poised to nourish our bodies with foods that make us happy, healthy, and productive in a real and sustainable way. Thanks for sharing this video!
