The Institute for the Psychology of Eating is an online educational organization on a mission to forever change the way the world understands food, body and health. We’re currently hiring for 2 positions - ideally in-house, but we’re open to a virtual position for the right qualified and experienced candidate.

See details below. Please note: because the core of our business is Infusionsoft, qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of professional experience with this CRM. These are tech-heavy jobs. In both positions, you must have in-depth technical proficiency and be able to learn new systems quickly. Our work environment is very fast paced and requires some weekend and evening hours.

SUPERSTAR OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Institute is looking to hire a well-qualified, experienced, inspired Operations Manager.

The successful candidate for this position has a proven track record for organizing, systematizing and managing companies with multiple divisions and projects. This person loves to create order, see things through to completion, manage people, and has a superlative attention to details. Our company uses Infusionsoft, so qualified candidates would need need at least 1 year experience with this CRM. This is a full time position working on site in Boulder, Colorado, OR we are open to this being a virtual position if you have 2 years experience managing a distributed team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and manage campaigns using Infusionsoft
  • Manage people, projects, processes and progress
  • Work closely with and report to company founders & owners
  • Hire, fire and/or train team members and vendors (in person and virtually)
  • Create systems for all ongoing activities and for checks and balances
  • Cultivate and enhance the team culture
  • Constantly access and create solutions for greater efficiency
  • Flexibility to support projects that exceed regular business hours

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least 2 years experience in online business management
  • At least 1 year professional experience with Infusionsoft
  • Experience creating and documenting scalable systems and SOPs for distributed teams
  • Ability to manage a distributed team
  • Experience with hiring, training and firing
  • Experience with sourcing and managing vendors for online marketing and media buying
  • Ability to create internal data driven systems for tracking metrics
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Drive
  • Facebook Advertising experience is a plus
  • WordPress experience is a plus

STELLAR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The Institute is looking to hire a self-motivated, detail oriented and dynamic Executive Assistant for our Director!

This position will support the Director in a variety of reporting functions, marketing, project management and administrative tasks. Our company uses Infusionsoft, so qualified candidates would need need at least 1 year experience with this CRM. Consider yourself a candidate for this position if you're exceedingly well-organized, technically skilled, flexible, upbeat, and enjoy the administrative challenges of a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide organizational, technical and administrative support for the Director
  • Build and manage campaigns in Infusionsoft
  • Shadow each meeting with the Director and take detailed, effective notes
  • Manage team projects and facilitate the daily schedule
  • Manage Director's calendars and meetings
  • Locate and gather information, do online research, and think creatively to assist in resolving business issues and inquiries
  • Handle correspondence, assist in the preparation of presentations
  • Identify and manage vendors
  • Manage and implement social media, media buying and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate events and retreats as needed
  • Anticipate ways to be of support to the Director

Required Skills:

  • At least 1 year experience as an executive assistant for an online business
  • At least 1 year professional experience with Infusionsoft
  • Experience creating & documenting scalable systems & SOPs for distributed teams
  • Experience with sourcing talent and managing vendors for online marketing and media buying
  • Ability to create internal data driven systems for tracking metrics
  • Proficiency composing, editing and proofreading written documents and presentations
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Drive
  • Experience working with a distributed team is a plus
  • Facebook Advertising experience is a plus
  • WordPress experience is a plus
