Everything moves in cycles, including the media’s spin on the best way to lose weight.

We have entire shows on television built around watching people tear down their bodies as fast as possible for cash prizes.

And it’s all too easy to see the same old weight-loss strategies that still haven’t taken us where we want to go: eat less, exercise more, have more willpower, count your calories… Sound familiar?

With obesity rates on the rise, despite all the weight-loss strategies, diet plans, pills and surgery, it seems that our options are less than inspiring.

The good news is, there’s a whole other level to this very important discussion that needs to be heard about this richly complex, multi-dimensional phenomenon called weight.
