Join eating psychologist Marc David, author of The Slow Down Diet, for a fresh, healthy perspective when it comes to eating.
With more than 30 years of experience in nutrition, eating psychology, counseling, clinical work, teaching, and practical research in food, health, and mind-body disciplines, David shares some of the most powerful tools and techniques from the fields of dynamic eating psychology and mind-body nutrition.
Through lecture, group discussion, journaling, and self-reflection, we will:
- Explore a more soulful approach to healing our relationship with food
- Develop a deeper understanding of weight loss and body image
- Discover practical techniques to improve nutrition-linked health concerns such as digestion, fatigue, mood, and immunity
