Hi (Name)

You may already know that I went through formal training to become a Mind Body Eating Coach.

I thought I’d share briefly why I chose this route and how it has been a complete game changer for me in launching a career in the health field.

I’ve always had an interest in helping people, especially when it comes to health and wellness. I didn’t think I could do that until I had resolved all of my own struggles with food and body. The Institute for the Psychology of Eating taught me that your clients don’t expect perfection. They need you to be real with them. That’s what I get to do. As a result, the Training actually led to a huge personal transformation for me.

This is the lesson that stuck with me from the beginning: Good nutrition is simply not enough to help people get where they need to go. How many people have you met who know what to eat, who know what they’re supposed to do – and they just don’t do it?

The end result is that there’s a vast number of people struggling with eating challenges and unhappy with who they are and how they feel.

That’s where I get to come in! It’s my favorite part.

The Institute for the Psychology of Eating taught me how to empower clients to find the “missing link” when it comes to finally transforming their relationship with food, body and health.

If you’re at all intrigued, Marc David and Emily Rosen, Founder and Director of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, are offering a live online event to answer some of the most pressing questions on what it takes to get started as a coach.

Here’s what you’ll learn in the live webinar, and why I think it will be worth your time:

  • How to increase metabolism without changing anything you eat
  • Why the royal road to weight loss is NOT “eat less, exercise more”
  • Practical tools and tips you can use right away with yourself and your clients
  • A secret formula to forever transform you, your body, and your relationship with food
  • How to turn your health knowledge into a great career with location flexibility in less than a year
  • Plenty of time for live question and answer
  • And lots more

Hi (Name),

Are you inspired about health and nutrition and helping people with their food and body concerns? Maybe you’ve already looked into different health careers that would allow you to work with people, but you don’t know how to get started without going back to school for 4+ years.

I totally get it. I was there too. I felt called to start a new career in health and wellness in order to help others with their food and body challenges, but I couldn’t fathom starting from scratch and going back to college for a nutrition degree. I also wasn’t sure where to start.

There’s also this reality: Good nutrition is simply not enough to help people get where they need to go. 9 out of 10 diets still fail. How many people have you met who know what to eat, who know what they’re supposed to do – and they just don’t do it? Or, they eat what they’re supposed to, but they still can’t get the results they want.

I didn’t want to hand out another diet. I was inspired to help people make sustainable changes they could celebrate for life.

That’s where eating psychology comes in. The Institute for the Psychology of Eating taught me how to empower clients to find the “missing link” when it comes to finally transforming their relationship with food, body and health.

Is this something you’ve thought about for yourself?
