Email Example #2
You may already know that I went through formal training to become an Eating Psychology Coach. And sometimes I get questions like, “What does an eating psychology coach do?” Or, “What is eating psychology exactly?”
So I thought I’d share briefly why I chose this route and how it’s been a complete game changer for me in launching a career in the health field. And, if you have any questions about that, I’m happy to set up a time to chat over the phone!
If you’re someone who already knows you like to help people, even if you’re still trying to help yourself, I want to reassure you that you definitely don’t have to be perfect or have all of your food issues figured out first before you can be of service to others.
Studying eating psychology actually led to a huge personal transformation for me. (Add your personal touch here)
So if you’re even considering health coaching as a career, here’s an important fact: Good nutrition is simply not enough to help people get where they need to go. How many people have you met who know what to eat, who know what they’re supposed to do – and they just don’t do it?
The end result is that there’s a vast number of people struggling with eating challenges and unhappy with who they are and how they feel.
That’s where I get to come in! It’s my favorite part.
The Institute for the Psychology of Eating taught me how to empower clients to find the “missing link” when it comes to finally transforming their relationship with food, body and health.
If you’re at all intrigued, I’ve set aside some time this week to get on the phone and answer any questions about eating psychology, health coaching, and how you can get started as an Eating Psychology Coach in just 8 months.
Simply let me know the best time and day for a call and I’ll schedule it! It’s free 🙂
Let me know if you have any questions!
Email Example #3
Are you interested in health and nutrition and helping people out with their own health concerns? Maybe you don’t know how to get started. Or, you’re overwhelmed at the idea of going back to school for 4+ years to start a new career.
I totally get it. I was there too. I felt called to help others in some way, but I couldn’t fathom starting from scratch. I also wasn’t sure where to start.
There’s also this reality: Good nutrition is simply not enough to help people get where they need to go. 9 out of 10 diets fail us. How many people have you met who know what to eat, who know what they’re supposed to do – and they just don’t do it? Or, they eat what they’re supposed to, but they still can’t get the results they want.
I didn’t want to hand out another diet. I wanted to help people make sustainable changes they could celebrate for life.
That’s where eating psychology comes in. The Institute for the Psychology of Eating taught me how to empower clients to find the “missing link” when it comes to finally transforming their relationship with food, body and health.
If you’re at all intrigued, I’m setting aside some time this week to get on the phone and answer any questions you have about coaching, eating psychology, and how to get started with a new career in coaching in just 8 months.
The call is totally free 🙂 Just let me know the best time and day to reach you!
And if you have any questions in the meantime, just reply to this email. I’m happy to help in any way I can!
