  • An End of Year Message from Emily

Dear Friends, Emily Rosen here, Director of the Institute. First I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to anyone reading this. None of what I am about to talk about would be possible without you. I am so grateful for the tremendous amount of support that we have received in our mission to forever change the way the world relates to food, body and health. It truly warms my heart and inspires me each and everyday. It has not always been easy, but it is always worth it, and that is because of those of you who have reached out with encouragement and let us know how your lives have been transformed. So thank you and WOW, what a whirlwind year this has been.

  • An End of Year Message from Marc

Dear Friends, Marc David here, founder of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. I’m reaching out to share some personal words with you in honor of the holidays, the end of 2014, and the beginning of yet another new year in our lives.

  • Hear from our Graduates about the Eating Psychology Coach Certification Training!

In case you didn’t know, our premier professional offering here at the Institute is our 8-month, distance learning Eating Psychology Coach Certification Training. At the end of the Training, we offer an optional, live, 3-day event. This is a wonderful weekend of connection, integration, celebration, and some great new learning. This past May, we filmed some of our students as they shared about their experience in the Training. Our hearts were warmed and we smiled so much as we watched student after student express their appreciation, talk about their breakthroughs, and celebrate the ways that their professional life and their personal world were forever changed. Please check out this inspiring video. It’s a great way to get a sense of what’s possible in this one-of-a-kind online educational experience.

  • New Free Presentation – Why We Can’t Control Emotional Eating
